former ammunition depot and training ground Schlutter
The following photos show buildings, shelters and their remains on the former ammunition depot and later training ground in Schlutter. Until 1945 the site was used as ammunition depot for garrison of Delmenhorst. Furthermore a shooting stand existed there. Responsible for guarding was, among others, Ersatzbataillon 58, stationed at hut camp in Duesternort.
After WWII the site was used by British Army, also illustrated in the plan on the right.
